Leadership Consulting
The Ascend Methodology
Most leadership training fails because it starts with the framework. It tells people what to do before they have felt the problem. Ascend is built on a different sequence.
01
Experience first
Participants encounter the leadership challenge before they are given a model for solving it. The problem becomes real before the solution is introduced.
02
Reflection second
Structured reflection connects the experience to the participant's own leadership patterns. Learning becomes personal before it becomes general.
03
Framework third
The framework lands on prepared ground. Participants already understand why it matters because they have already felt the problem it solves.
Three tracks. One architecture
Each track is designed for a specific stage of leadership. All three are delivered on-site, in cohorts of 8 to 24, across six full-day sessions.

What makes it work
Four design principles that distinguish Ascend from conventional leadership training.
Nomination, not enrollment
Base Camp participants are nominated by their organizations — not self-selected. The cohort knows they were chosen. That knowledge changes how they show up.
Cohort Continuity
The same group of 8 to 24 people across all six sessions. Trust builds over time. The learning that happens in Session 5 is only possible because of what was built in Sessions 1 through 4.
On-site, in your organization
Delivered at your location. The real challenges of your organization are the material. No generic case studies. The work is about this team, in this context, facing these specific conditions.
Brain science foundation
Every session connects neuroscience to real behavior. Participants do not just learn what to do differently — they understand why their current patterns exist and how to build new ones
*All engagements are private cohorts delivered on-site. Minimum cohort size is 8 participants. Pricing is per cohort engagement and does not vary by number of sessions delivered. Travel and lodging for the facilitator are billed separately at cost.
